- Network - Nasty Associates: You may use negotiate instead of command to threaten a target. You may use a project and roll against negotiate to recruit local thug followers for your next encounter. Your success margin is the number of thugs you can gather. After the encounter you must make another check to pay off the thugs, and if you fail you become strapped.
