A stunt allows you to replace the usual benefit of momentum with something immediate and unique. Stunts are most often gained through an ability or equipment, but sometimes the environment will offer a stunt option. Once you gain momentum you must either trigger a stunt or pass. If you pass you can't trigger a stunt until you gain momentum again.
Character Stunts
- Bolstering Speech: A target of your choice gains momentum.
- Constant Motion: You may immediately make a speed 2 jump maneuver or eliminate the down state.
- Continual Reinforcements: Another 5 point troop follower appears on the edge of the zone closest to you, so long as at least one other such follower is present.
- Disarming Blow: A target within reach of your blade drops an equipped item of your choice.
- Empowered Magic: You gain a surge.
- Fearsome Shot: Your gun attack deals an extra 3dE.
- Finishing Strike: Your surprise attack deals +5dE.
- Frenzied Attack: Once per round, if you are frenzied, you may take an immediate combat attack.
- Frightening Bellow: Your closest opponent must make a fear check. If that opponent fails, the next closest must make a check, and so on until the check succeeds.
- Lucky Shot: Your target suffers an extra penalty to any check that contests or results from this check.
- Staggering Blow: Your mighty attack deals extra stagger equal to your strength control.
- Sudden Directive: You grant an ally an immediate snap, to be used as you specify. The ally may decline if desired.
