Rob 3: You may eliminate strapped by using a project and making a successful sneak check. If you fail you suffer trauma equal to the failure margin. While you are hidden you may use a snap and a successful sneak check to take an unequipped item from a character within reach without being noticed. If you fail your are no longer hidden. You gain a rob mastery.
